Russell is an information security leader with more than two decades of experience protecting global enterprises, critical systems, and digital infrastructure. His career began with service in the United States Marine Corps, where the values of discipline, responsibility, and protecting others shaped his approach to everything that followed.
After years helping the world's largest organizations build sophisticated security programs, Russell noticed a critical gap: while corporations invest millions in digital protection, individuals and families have almost nothing. He founded Constellation to bring enterprise-grade security principles — clarity, structure, and resilience — to the people who need them most.

Nick brings over 15 years of experience in financial services cybersecurity, spanning governance, technology risk, and enterprise security strategy. He holds a Master's degree in Cybersecurity from Penn State and has spent his career at the intersection of security and trust — helping regulated institutions protect the information that people depend on.
Working inside financial services gave Nick firsthand insight into how critical strong security foundations are — and how little of that protection extends to individuals and families. At Constellation, he applies the same discipline and rigor used to protect major financial institutions to a platform built for everyday families.
